El-Vakfu ve'l-İbtida fi'l-Kur'ani'l-Kerim Cem'un ve Dirasetün Nakdiyyetün

Since the Quran came for the first time, it became the most interesting subject for the scholars, and it attracted their attention in the ancient and modern time until they got the significance benefit of it in science and art. Even though, they have different point of view in the Quran, that's lead the scholars to have several schools in order to care about the Quran in reading, memorizing and learning the basic principles. Also, they rely on the Quran and teaching it in many differentways that was due to of the first generation who saw the prophet Mohammad and they transferred in trusting and securing as he listen it from Jibril. One of the most important things that took high attention from the scholars think is the (waqf and ibtida) in the Quran. On the account of the fact that I have been chosen this subject due to of his significance also this science rely on many material such as understanding of the Quran, knowing the law and show the meaning of the will of Allah. If we did not know the subject where we should be standing on, it would lead us to conflict between the will of Allah. In this science we acknowledge the differences, similarity, opposed and the judgment. In addition, what make me try to look after the science of (waqf and ibtida) as a science, write it down and it effect in other sciences, and show it essence, judge and context in order to get an abstract about this science also by giving some suitable examples relative to each subject. On the other hand, the difficulties that face me in writing this research is that capacity of it and the richness as science material, because it is general, encompass many things and it connected to the Quran science such as grammar (alnaho and alsarf). Also it mixed with many other science that's what make me writing this abstract on this science and show some trustful source about it and some source from the interpretation of the Quran, alkrat, language, translator and other books. On account of the fact that, the research depend on old source and modern bibliography from specialised researchers on this science. And there is variety in research about (waqf and ibtida). For instance, the book of Abu Amr proximal Othman bin Said bin Othman (d. 444 AH), and his book "Muktafi fe Waqf and Ibtida". And Ashmouni Ahmed bin Abdul Kareem Egyptian Shafi'i (d.: About 1,100 e), and his book "Manar Al-Huda fe Bayan Waqf and Ibtida".And some of the general in the Quran such what Badr al-Din Zarkashi (deceased: 794 e), and his book "Al-Burhan fe Al-Koran" Science, and was written by Al-Suyuti (d: 911 e), and his book "Al-etkanfe alum Al-Koran" and other reliable books.Also some them is relative to reading science, written by Ibn al-Jazari (d. 833), "Al-nasher fe alkaraat Al-asher", as well as what was written Alameddine Sakhaawi (d. 643), "Jamal Al-Kraawa Kamal Aliqra".The research will be abstract on some important aspect of this science.
