Abstract (EN)

In this study, β-(1,3-1,6) glucan has been prepared in suspension form and black cumin oil so as to support natural and adaptive immune system. This nutrition support, consumed around the world and generally ranked in the market as tablet -granulated hard gelatine capsule- or syrup, is determined to be presented to local market in the form of an innovative dosage. Quality control studies' reliability conducted for β-(1,3-1,6) glucan, which is the drug substance of prepared product content, has been supported with analytical method validation and specific methods on how to do aforesaid quality control studies has been defined. β-(1,3-1,6) glucan chemical stability used as drug substance and prepared in suspension form has been proven in incubation calibrated to humidity rate of 40 °C ± 2 °C and 75 % ± 5 % with 6 month-short term chemical stability test. Besides, particle size of suspension product in suspension tests, zeta potantial, viscosity, sedimentation volume, settling velocity and microbiological analyses have been conducted.
