Özet (EN)

5-[(E)-2-(3-methoxyphenyl] vinyl-N-[4'-nitrophenyl]-1,3,4-Tiyadiazol-2-amine (1), 5-[(E)-2-(2-methoxyphenyl] vinyl-N-[4'-nitrophenyl]-1,3,4-Tiyadiazol-2-amine (2), 5-[(E)-2-(3-methoxyphenyl] vinyl-N-[4'-methylphenyl]-1,3,4-Tiyadiazol-2-amine (3) and 5-[(E)-2-(2-methoxyphenyl] vinyl-N-[4'-methylphenyl]-1,3,4-Tiyadiazol-2-amine (4) were synthesized by the reaction of phenylthiosemicarbazide derivatives and methoxy cynnamic acid derivatives with phosphorous oxychloride. Antibacterial activity was studied for selected bacteria. UV- Vis spectroscopic method was used to investigate the interaction of CT-DNA with studied molecules. Compounds 1-4 were synthesized and characterized with UV, FT-IR, 13C-NMR, 1H-NMR elemental methods. Compounds 1-4 were screened for some bacteria types and absorption spectra for interaction with CT-DNA were recorded on Thermo Scientific MULTISKAN GO. The compounds (1-4) showed inhibition zones on klebsiella pneumonia and Staphylococcus huminis, while compunds (1,3 and 4) had effects on Staphylococcus epidermitis and Alfa streptococcus haemolyticua. Compounds (1-4) displayed interaction with CT-DNA. Key Words:1,3,4-Tiyadiazols, DNA.
