Abstract (EN)
In this study, N-methyl nitrones were synthesized and 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddtion reactions were investigated there off. The diastreoisomer mixture formed after these reactions was subjected to coloumn chromatograpy and new isoxazolidine derivatives were obtained. Characterization of synthesized molecules was performed by using FT-IR, 1H-NMR, APT, COSY, HETCOR ( HMQC, HMBC), NOESY, LC-MS ve X- ray diffraction spectroscopy. Isoxazolidine derivatives are important for the synthesized of oxygen and nitrogen containing natural products. The isoxazolidines are used as byproduct for the natural products. Moreover, it is well known that most izokzadolidin derivatives show anti-microbial, anti-fungal, anti-hiv and anti-tuberculosis activities. For this purpose, the anti-microbial activities were investigated for as synthesized compounds.
