Özet (EN)
Investigation on Analgesic and AntiinflamatoryActivities of 1,5-Diarilpirazol-3-Propanoic Acid DerivatesThe aim of this study was to analyze the analgesic andantiinflamatory effect and the potential of creating ulceration of theester and amit derivates of 1,5-diarilpirazol-3-propanoic acid that hadnever synthesed before. In the study, a total of six groups, DMSO control group,IBU reference drug group and 4 substance group, were used. In thisstudy, the analgesic activity of 4 derivates of 1,5-diarilpirazol-3-propanoic acid, were tested according to their analgesic activity, withmale Swiss albino mices that are kept 12 hour day-night conditions. The inhibitory effect of tested materials on writhing counts wereobserved. The same drug groups were analyzed according to theirantiinflamatory activity in the model ol paw edema which wasconstituted with P-BK, 4 hours after the analgesic activityexperiments, the meauserement of mortalite and ulserojenic activitywas performed. One-way ANOVA was used for stastistical analyses. Results showed that all the derivates have potentantinociceptive activity like IBU and the substances TEP424, SNTZ39and TEP422 that are in same construction with IBU have relativeequavalent potency with IBU. According to their antiinflamatoryactivity profile, all substances inhibite the paw edema but TEP424and SNTZ39 have relative activity potency like IBU
