Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is examining the effects of personal career development studies? on organisational commitment among infantry subordinant officers in 1 st Infantry Brigade Command.The study?s example group has been choosen among infantry subordinant officers who has been working in 1 st Infantry Brigade Command (Adapazarı and Kandıra Garrison Commands) between 2006 - 2008 years. Datas are collected by interrogations.At the end of the study, it?s been seen that personal career development studies of infantry subordinant officers semi-effective on their organisational commitment .Organisational commitment is effected from personal career development studies and organisational commitment of infantry subordinant officers who makes these studies are higher level than who don?t make.Personal career development studies are directly effective on organisational commitment and anyone who makes these studies has more organisational commitment than who doesn?t make.Personal career development studies effect the organisational commitment level. Infantry subordinant officers? who makes personal career development studies at high level organisational commitment is higher, too.And difference has been found between working year and organisational commitment level. Organisational commitment of infantry subordinant officers, whose working year is higher, also at higher level than whose working year is less ones.
