Özet (EN)

Applied and learning of motions have been known to be directly effected by quality of neuro-muscular structures. The brain builds some neural networks for convert the new learned knowledge to be useful. The chemicals which are called neurotransmitter provide the impuls transition between neurons. Omega 3 is polyunsaturated fatty acids and they are essential. Omega 3 fatty acids? positive effects have been know and that effects to the children cognitive behaviour by increasing the quality of transition between neurons. Omega 3 doesn?t biosynthesis in the human body. Although they are essential and they must take from outside by the way of foods or with supplements which are produced with press of oily fishes.Based on all of this knowledge; omega 3 can be affect to the cognitive performance and also applying and learning of coordinative motions with the get stronger the neuronal links. With respect to the results, this research called investigation of omega3 FA? effects on the children? skill acquisition. Omega 3? supplements effects to the coordinative characteristics have thought which supplements gave the children from oral way.In this research; 20 individual took part in omega group who are at age average of 11,44±1,43 year. They taken 650 mg fish oil nutrition supplement daily and they participated to the tennis training. 17 individual took part in placebo group who are at age average of 10,32±1,62 year, given 650mg olive oil placebo and participated to the tennis training too. 14 individual took part in training group who are at age average 10,29±0,88 year, they only participated to the tennis training and they continue to the their standard diets. 25 individual took part in control group who are at age average of 11,71±1,18, they only participate to the pre and post tests. The tennis trainings applied, 3 hour in a week, at average 32,80±2,42. The test consist of, stature, body mass, percentage body fat, ball throw to the target, bounce the ball on racket, ball carrying on the racket, two-arm coordination, auto scoring mirror tracer, tennis ability, visual and aural reaction speed and flamingo balance tests. Also, 3 daily food consumption forms and socio-economic questionary to completed by individuals. Their absences are also saved. As a result, omega3 FA can be effect on ball throw to the target, error of bounce the ball on racket with left hand, time of ball carrying on the racket, error of two-arm coordination, time of auto scoring mirror tracer, rotary pursit off target time tests which are criteria of coordination and they have no difrenceses on pre tests. On the other hand, the group of omega get statistical significantly higher point on tennis ability test (p<0,01).
