The effect of social - economical and cultural status to the age of between 10 - 12 years of students from the point of their view of approaching visiual arts lesson

In this study it is aimed to find out weather there is any different point of views about visual arts lesson among the age of 10 - 12 year?s old students regarding their social - economical, cultural status and to determine the varieties of how much they get effected by visual arts lesson in the government schools in comparison with private schools.The field study method is being used in this work case. In the literature, this method is defined as survey search method. This method is also considered as characteristical. The reason why this method was chosen is to take all the individual persons into consideration and show their characteristics in very realistic way.The study was made during 2007 - 2008 season on tatally ninety student between the age of 10 - 12 at one public and one private primary school which are both directed by MEB.In order to collect the datas, a questionnaire was established with the help of some expert?s ideas, the datas was analysed by SPSS software and the gathered informations were transfered with their frequency and proportional values into the tables.At the end of the study, there are some shared and sometimes different views seemed among 10 ? 12 years old students who are educated in public or private schools. It can be considered that analysing the results of the study in terms of dimensions such as students, teachers and the programs would contribute the field.
