Abstract (EN)
In this study; It was aimed to measure the effects of the "FIFA 11+ KIDS" warm-up program, which was applied for 8 weeks, on balance, ball kicking speed, reaction time, vertical jump, agility and sprint in football players aged 10-14 The study was conducted with 24 male volunteer football players aged 10-14 years and actively playing football. The research was designed as two groups, the experimental group (n=12) and the control group (n=12). While the FIFA 11+ KIDS warm-up program was applied 2 days a week in the experimental group of the research, normal training warm-up was applied in the control group. In the study, the effects of the FIFA 11+ KIDS's program were investigated by applying strength, agility, balance, ball kicking speed, vertical jump, reaction time tests to both groups before and after 8-week training. The normality levels of the data were determined by the Shapiro-Wilk test. Independent Samples T-Test and Paired Samples T-Test, which are parametric tests, were used in the analysis of the data providing the assumption of normality. While a statistically significant difference was determined in favor of the post-tests in the sprint, balance and ball kicking speed tests in the experimental group in the study (p<0.05), no significant difference was found between the pre-test and post-test values in the agility, reaction time, vertical jump tests. (p>0.05) In the control group, a significant difference was found in the sprint, balance, reaction and reaction average post-test values (p<0.05), while no significant difference was found between the pre-test and post-test values in the vertical jump, agility, and ball kicking speed tests. . (p>0.05) It was found that the FIFA 11+ KIDS warm-up program applied twice a week for 8 weeks improved the sprint, balance and ball kicking speed parameters in football players aged 10-14.
