Reflections of the United States security perception to the Middle East After September 11

In our study, the concept of security, comprehension and scope of security with the understanding of security and change in this understanding, in the Middle East geography of the threats and opportunities in the United States to evaluate them or to protect their activities are examined. From the beginning of the relations between the Middle East countries and the United States, the events of September 11 and the following are discussed in detail, the main theme and scope of this study, the foreign policy of the US and the security policies in this context in the Middle East, anti-terrorism, anti-armament prevention (nuclear threats) examining military and diplomatic actions on the grounds of bringing peace and democracy to the region. In the discipline of international relations, the perception of security changed after September 11, and with the transition from bipolar system to uni-polarity, the US began to take the increasing weight into world politics as the only superpower. With the discovery of oil in the Middle East geography in the last hundred years, the aim of capturing the domination of the petro-dollar in the region has attracted the attention of the great powers. Thus, there is nothing more natural than creating the sphere of influence in this region, which is the largest global power. In this respect, the existence of the concept of security and the scientific studies in this field were examined in the first part of our study which consists of three parts. In the second and third chapter, the social and political attitudes of the United States against the September 11 attacks and the foreign policy moves of these attacks in the Middle East were analyzed.
