Abstract (EN)
In this study has been analyzed from organizational perspective of Hamas and its internal and external relations, which has become an important actor in the geography of the Middle East. In this context, the study will focus on the concept of social movements in general and radical social movements in particular. Since the beginning of there have been questions whether Hamas is a radical organization or non-governmental organization. Emerged with the first Palestinian Intifada, Hamas was against resolution process and has adopted a monopoly of violence during the Second Intifada. An example of this can be shown that Hamas took place against the Oslo talks between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization. The main subject of the study relates to the changing balances in the region the aftermath of 9/11. This situation reflected the Palestinian legislative elections in 2006 together with the difference discourse of Hamas. In the next period, the organization has become a civil and legal. In this context, Hamas rule in Gaza, established dialogue with various countries, particularly in Egypt and the impact of the Arab Spring of 2011 on Palestinian politics and society were analyzed in the last part of the study. After it has become a political actor, with the recent Arab Spring asked to be included in the system. Therefore, Hamas has decided to join the Palestine Liberation Organization to establish a national unity government with Fatah in the future. ey Words: Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Post-September 11 order, Palestine Liberation Organization, Al Fatah, Arab Spring
