Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the Registerbook of Şer`iyye, dated 1243-1249 A. H. (1828-1834),numbered 1131, existed amoung the collection of the Registerbooks of Çanakkale, has beenanalyses and transcribed. The Registerbook contains different cases comming to Şer`i Courtof Çanakkale the verdicts given relating to them and the copies of fermans and buyruldus sentby Dersaadet concerning different topics.It is possible to see the signs of economic and social life of Çanakkale an Anadolu cityin the first quarter XIX'th century and its general and local history.
