Abstract (EN)
The military coups have been important factors effecting the societal structure changes. As so, the 12 September 1980 Military Coup has a great effect in the 1980s Turkey's societal structure. Because stories are important sources in seeing the societal change the studies have been done on stories. In this thesis study, the societal changes were evaluated by one of the novels of five authors' which reflect political and societal changes of the society written after 12 September 1980 Military Coup. In this evaluation, by starting with the illegal political organization's servicing before 1980, according to the novels, the attending of the society to the organizational activities, the point of view to the organizations, the operation of the organizations, the view of point of the organization members to themselves, counter-groups and society, torture, how the Military Coup was undertaken and the effect on the organizations and the results they gained have been tried to be reflected. As a result of the evaluation, in the studied novels, it has been seen that the novels are in the quality of reflecting the societal results of the 12 September 1980 Military Coup.
