Özet (EN)

In this study, independent front suspension system was investigated kinematicaly and mechanicaly for off road vehilce which have capacity for 12 ton. First part of this study, critical kinematic measurement like a: changes of caster angle, camber angle, kingpin angle, toe angle, track width and steering angle were controlled with the help of MSC Adams. Second part of this study, finite element analysis were done at different road condition, finite element analysis were done for different kind of forces for suspension system. As a result of obtained structural analysis, the worst case road condition was detected. Mass optimization was done for suspension system with worst case road condition. Result of the mass optimization, new model was created and same structural analysis was done in the same condition and system was controlled with same condition. As a result of all this study, finale design was specified before the production.
