Turkish culture, which has an old and deep-rooted history among national cultures, has been called architecture, music, cuisine, traditional decoration "adornment" with the acceptance of Islam by the Turks; It brought together handicrafts such as calligraphy, illumination, marbling, and those in the fields of change such as, weaving, clothing, and embroidery. It is seen that these world arts, which are diversified by the users of the Turkish-Islamic patronage, have preserved their importance for centuries. In this context, in line with the information obtained between the 13th and 14th periods, the clothing culture characteristics of the period are under various headings; It's examined general clothing culture, women's clothing culture, palace clothing culture and divan clothing culture. In the literature, the 13th and 14th Century Seljuk Period is associated with the "open-minded and tolerant" Anatolian Seljuk rulers, who continued the Islamic culture, and also with Sufis that "contributed to the peace of the spiritual climate". Poets such as Yunus Emre, who lived in this period, are also mentioned among the important mystics of the period. Yunus Emre is among the schools of Sufism that "illuminated the path of humanity" as it was in his time. In this thesis, along with the characteristics of the period in which Yunus Emre lived; In order to keep the family clothing culture and desired messages alive according to social classes, it has been tried to depict a modernized contemporary collection that can reflect the culture of that period with figurative and symbolic displays, patterns, texture and surface works. The collection has been prepared in Yunus Emre Museum, which will be established under led by Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality, with the aim of keeping the period culture alive by adapting it to the present.
