Abstract (EN)
The Sheria Court Records are the main end primary sources for researching urban history in Ottoman Empire. Importent evidences in social, political, economic, military history etc. for any city wich under the rule of Ottoman Empire couldbe gained. For that reason, it is impossible to reach true imformation about social, political, economic, forensic situation etc. Without these registries which were in position to Ottoman history mirror. This thesis which is called as transcription and evaluation of Ayntâb Court Sheria Record/Registry Numbered 135 (H.1205-1207/AD.1790/1792. Pages 1-204) will provide important contribution to understandıng city's and for other researches who study urban history.
