Judical Records are the documents which include the acts of cases taken place in the courts of Ottoman Empire. Judical Records are accepted among the most important reference materials in many fields from governmental and military areas to social area. This research contains the transcription of the first 50 pages of Aintap Judical Record Number 149, dated Hicri 1294?1295 (A.D. 1877?1878). These dates begin from H.1294 and end H.1295. During the process after transcription it is tried to reach a conclusion by classification and criticism of the cases and the records. In consequence of this transcription and research, it is tried to a tiny bit illuminate the political, military, economical and cultural situation in which generally Ottoman specially Aintap situated in the last quarter of the 19th century. In this part of Aintap Judical Record Number 149 (H. 1294- 1295; A.D. 1877?1878 Pages 1?50) it is determined totally 163 cases. These cases contains the subjects such as; heritage, professor, imam, proxy, appointment of guardianship, alimony, purchase and sale, grab, robbery.Key Words: Aintab, Judicial Record, İlâm, Kassâm, Hüccet, Charter of a waqf
