Abstract (EN)
The records were the most important souces to expain the social economic situations of the otoman state. The records of 1584 are important sources to show the history of the economic situation in Kırşehir. Among three situation (1485, 1526, 1584) wich belong to Kırşehir our main source is 1584 dated. İn the first section administrative construction is studied. Adminstrative construction in district management is studied in three parts. The first part concernes the governement , whic was the district, cities and other parts. The second part concernes the economic life. İn this are agriculture , taxes Money and prices , also analized inthree parts. The third parts concernes the demographic structure and foundations. The foundations were a importantpart of the social structure of otoman state. The citizens were mostly craftsmen. The order centers and teaching centers played also an important role concerning the groft of town. The income ofthe town came from grain. İn conclusion it has been tried to show apicture of the following years after 1584ofthe otoman state in mostly provincial districts concerning the governement, geographical condition and the social and economic condition.
