Pirlepe accident according to the Şer'iyye Registration number 186 (h:1267-1270/m:1850-1853)

In this thesis, summaries of the documents in the "Prilepe Court Registry No. 186" belonging to the years (H:1267-1270/M:1850-1853) were prepared. In the mentioned period, the administrative and socio-economic structure of the town of Prilep was emphasized. This thesis consists of three parts. In the first part, the introduction and evaluation of "Prilepe Sharia Registry No. 186" (H:1267-1270/M:1850-1853) was made. In the second part, the classification of "Prilepe Sharia Registry No. 186" (H: 1267-1270/M:1850-1853) was made and information about the socio-economic life in Prilep was given. In the third part, the document summaries of the "Prilepe Court Registry No. 186" (H:1267-1270/M: 1850-1853) are given. Key Words: Ottoman State, Court, Judge, Sharia Registry, Prilep.
