News on Ottoman Empire in Kazakh newspaper between 1913-1918

This thesis consists of Newspaper of Kazakh about the significant events that took place in Ottoman Empire in 5 years between 1913 and 1918. The newspaper, which has been established by the intellectuals of Kazakhstan by the financial supports of the citizens, has been published in Kazakh dialect with the alphabet of Ottoman. It acts as an momentous source of information that can shed light on the domestic and international events that has occurred in the late times of Ottoman Empire. In the meantime, it is also important as this indicates the brotherhood and cooperation between 2 nations. The newspaper of Kazakh that was established back in the 1913 during which the 1st Balkan War took place, delivers good amount of information about alliance that was set up against the Ottoman Empire by Balkan states during the war (1912-1913), the lost lands and the struggle against the plots of great powers of the Europe. These articles have been examined in the first part with the title of "1st Balkan War (1912-1913)". The occupation and the operations of the Young Turks during the 1st Balkan War and the power struggle taking place in the Ottoman Empire have been examined in the second part under the titled of "Occupation and Activities of The Young Turks". The lands that were taken back from Balkans after the 1st Balkan War and the war that took place in between the Balkan States named 2nd Balkan War have been examined in the third part under the title of 2nd Balkan War. Lastly, in the fourth part titled "The Ottoman Empire in the World War I", the articles about whether the Ottoman Empire would go to the World War I or not before the war, the secret agreements with Germany, the front of Ottoman Empire in the war and the aid that were sent by the people of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan during these wars to the Turks.
