Union rights in 1961 and 1982 constitutions and recent developments in the union dynamics

Trade unions are one of the indispensable community organizations today. The trade union movement began in Europe with the industrial revolution and then spread throughout the world. Socio-economic and political life has taken a new turn with industrialization which initiated major transformations in social life. Traditional body-based production mode has been replaced by machine and fabrication based production with the industrialization. This production style have revealed modern production relations and new classes. Trade union movement has been shaped as an organized power for trouble shooting efforts of existing problems of the labor class. Organizations that started with the working class have begun to involve all workers over time. Many factors play a role in the emergence and development of these organizations and the importance of actors vary from country to country. The trade union movements have become an important force of the labor life as a result of the struggles that exists in working life.
