Abstract (EN)
In this study, the responsibility of administration caused from its faults is being analysed from present legal situation and various law decisions perfective.According to principles of rule of law, the damages which stem from fault of administrative bodies should be compensated. Turkish constitution 125. article rules that `Administration is responsible for the damages which stem from its processes and acts.?Lapse of service means all kind of faults and defeats of processes and acts which administrative bodies engender. In this study, the notion of service lapse of service is analysed deeply. The notion of responsibility is mentioned because of that lapse of service and administrative responsibility should be understood well.Keywords1-Constituion2-Administrative Leaw3-Service Fault4-The Responsibility5-Action For Damages
