Transcription and evoluation of Mahmud Pasha law the court Sharia Record number 199

The information obtained in the thesis of Mahmûd Pasha Court 199 Numbered Record, occurs in the light. Istanbul, which has a important position throught history, has been the capital of many emğires and cultures. Due to these qualities, it has been seen to be explored with its historical richness that it has both its position and its ownership. In this respect, first-rate sources of sherries, which provide the right information about Ottoman history, are regarded as the most valuable record his purpose. In this thesis study, the transcription of the registry number 199 where the cases belonging to Mahmud Pasha Court Sharia Record the courtyard of the Mahmud Pasha Mosque in Mahmud Pasha District in Istanbul, which is between 1322-1324/1904-1906, and to obtain new information to be obtained through evaluation.
