Özet (EN)

Nature covers all of our surroundings, which constantly change and renew itself, where human factors are ineffective. Abstraction is the initial form, simplification or alteration of the form chosen by the artist. Because nature forms the real world itself, it is depicted by many artists as abstracted from the earliest times of history. Today's artists, who deal with abstract landscaping, have shown that they can take their dreams beyond the time of the day. In this thesis study, the works of contemporary artists first examined the psychology-art relation, the environment and conditions of creativity, and the tendency of abstraction towards the landscape picture and the psychological environmental factors affecting this abstraction process. In this context, the semi-lyrical abstract landscape paintings that I have produced within the scope of the practice studies are the products of an understanding that aims to solve the nature from the structural perspective by being associated with the works of today's Turkish painters. Keywords: Landscape, Abstraction, Art, Artist Psychology, Turkish Painting
