ABSTRACT THE POLITICS OF BUDGET THAT WERE STUDIED IN TURKEY AFTER 1990 BOZGEYİK, Yusuf M. A. Thesis, Department of Economics Supervisor: Asst Prof. A.Atilla Uğur August, 2004, Budget is a document that is showed incomes and expenditures for a period of one year and that is prepared by government. In regord of Turkish budget policies after 1990, there is not a tendency of a large amount increase of invertment expenditures. The basic reason for the budget deficits is the steadly rise in the interest payments and decrause in the goverment revenues. In the context of this thesis, the general structure of budget and the policies after 1990 were studied. Science Code: Efcon 590 n
