Turkey-Azerbaijan relations after 1991

In this master thesis, first of all the short history of Azerbaijan had been mentioned.Than the relations between two country in the period from the end 1980?s ? when the independence movement of Azerbaijan had started- to the 2007 had been undertaken.The main purpose of this work, is to make a scientific explanation of Turkey and Azerbaijan relations. In this thesis the eras of Ayaz Müttelibov, Ebulfez Elçibey, Haydar Aliyev and his son İlham Aliyev had been particularly analyzed. Ecomomic relations between two country had been analyzed especially within the framework of Baku-Tiflis Ceyhan oil pipeline. In this work Turkish, Azerbaijani Turkish and Russian sources and from time to time internet medium had been benefited. Furthermore the thesis had been enriched by one to one negotiations with the experts of the subject.
