Additionally, it is emphasized that the obligations of carriers towards passengers are regulated within defined limits, making compensation claims more accessible and clearly outlining the carrier's responsibilities. In conclusion, the Montreal Convention is an important step in protecting passenger rights and clarifying carrier responsibilities in international air transportation. However, it is emphasized that the implementation of this regulation needs to be consistent on a global scale.
