Abstract (EN)

2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, which is classified as an auxin that regulates growth in plants, and its types 2,4-D Isooktilester (2,4-D Ester) and 2,4-D Dimetilamin (2,4-D Amin) are artificial auxins. They function as selective herbicide.Phosphinotricin (PPT), on the other hand, inhibits glutamin sentaz enzymes in bacteria, plant and animal cells. Bisfenol-A (BIS-A) is a carcinogen and is used in the production of plastic.This study aimed to determine the 24-hour EC50 values in order to find out the effects of 2,4-D and varieties and other chemicals, which are used in agricultural and industrial fields and enter the aquatic ecosytems, on Daphnia magna (Straus, 1820) (Cladocera, Crustacea). After the pre trials, the active D. magna individuals in each pot were counted and the medium was slightly mixed. The dead ones were taken into consideration and the concentrations in the %0 - %100 mobility range were determined. The 24 hour EC50 values were determined periodically with using control groups.The 24- h EC50 value of 2,4-D on D. magna was found to be 462.3mg/l (346.36?636.42), 2,4-D ester 2,4mg/l (0.69?4.10), 2,4-D amine 199.3mg/l (146.94?266.095), BIS-A 6.68mg/l (5.872?7.446), PPT 65.78mg/l (33.872?444.371) according to Probit Analysis.Besides, the 24- h EC50 values obtained using Behrens Karber are results were obtained close to Probit Analysis.
