Abstract (EN)
This study put into application of policy of Ottoman Empire in Albania during Abdulhamid II. In introduction chapter is given some knowledge about history of Albania before Abdulhamid II. roughly. In addition in this chapter is contacted to İslamisation of Albania. In this research were said those Abdulhamid II. gained hostality and sincerity of Albanians because of friendly behaviour and relationship with them, so he continued to be more powered special status of Albanians in Balkan Peninsula which was given already by the before Ottoman Sultans and in conclusion, the Caliph situated this region such as a strong castle of Ottoman State in the Rumeli.
