As it can be understood from the name of Muhimme Registry, it is an important source for history, culture, accounting and many other social sciences and it had started to be registered in the Ottoman Empire since the II. Mehmed Era. The No. 2 Official Muhimme Registry Registry book is considered as an important document due to being an early period text and known as an unofficial "command book" in Turkey. Written period of registry book is about year 1555 inthe Gregorian calendar and year 963 in Islamic calendar. In the light of this information the period registered in the registry text book shows a later stage of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent era. The aim of the study is to serve historical information which is in the registry book to the historians and researchers. Content of the registry book may give important information regarding relevant age. This study may a give many exclusive information regarding relevant period in different fields. Files of the registry book translated from different writing types. Studied registry book uses expressions which were registered in Ottoman Turkish by siyakat, sülüs writing styles. Registry book contains information regarding year 1555 and partially regarding before this year incidents and affairs.
