This study has been made to defect the dimensions andspecialities of anomy that society is in it and its live in the regalities area. At the firstpart of the study motional about the redsons of anomy, consets and conclusions ofanomy. Besides Emile DURKHEİM who accapled as on authority in anomy, Robert K.MERTON who accepted as on authority in anomy and indicated their opinions as ascholar are plased in this text.At the second part the topic of religion is mentioneol. The structure anol functions ofthe religion in an anomic position how detected religious opinions descriptions areaffected to rules and intuitions and affects on indirudual and society.Besides, we detected the relation between anomy and sects, societys, unreal beliefs anddestinizm. At the last section the guestionnaire is placed wich trieal to mention aboutthe effects of anomy in Sakarya city. In the questionnaire questions the IndividualAnomi and the Scala of Alianisisation with Social anomi and Alianisation Scale of LeoStrole is used. Besides to measure the religiausness level the Religlous Slope Scale ofAhmet Onay is used. The conclusions after the questionndires are commented andclaasified.In this thesis study anomy haz been tried to investigate with all aspects of it and it hasbeen tired to show side effects mainly individual on society. Thus, with the conclusionsviiof the questionnaires the effect in Adapazarı has been showed. With help of thesestudies has been tired to reach a conclusion.viii
