Administrative crisis in post-2001 Afghanistan: A case analysis

In the advanced countries of today's world, the administrative system is known as a model of public order. This order has important functions in bringing nations closer to their desired goals. Afghanistan is a country that has not yet developed its administrative systems. Like other countries that have not yet developed their administrative systems, this country has many problems, difficulties and inadequacies. Unless these inadequacies and problems are solved, Afghanistan cannot take steps towards growth and development. This study aims to describe Afghanistan's current administrative crisis, identify its causes, and propose solutions. Specifically, the crisis that occurred after the invasion of Afghanistan by the United States of America is discussed. This qualitative case study, based on sources written in the official languages of the country, tries to draw a broad framework by considering the relationship of the administrative crisis with other types of crises. In this context, issues such as the historical and geographical conditions of Afghanistan, ethnic elements in the country were included in the scope of the research. In addition, sound solutions for the establishment of a sustainable political system in Afghanistan have been discussed and evaluated. It also focused on the causes of Afghanistan's crises, such as insecurity and instability caused by the wars that have been going on in Afghanistan for many years, lack of administrative development, and the reasons and dependence of the country's politics on foreign powers.
