Abstract (EN)

In this study, a comparison of a reinforced concrete structure according to the regulations of the 2007 and 2018 Turkey earthquake analysis was performed with the help of computer programs. Within the scope of this thesis, the Turkish Building Earthquake Regulation (TBDY), which entered into force on January 1, 2019, was compared with the 2007 Turkish Earthquake Regulation (TDY) as general titles, and the concepts and features that came with it were explained. The purpose of use, which has a 12-storey cassette floor and beam-free flooring system valid in both regulations, was implemented on a building model designed as a residence. According to the Turkish Earthquake Zones Map (TDBH) dated 1996, it was selected in accordance with the 4 earthquake zones available and two provinces were selected for each region. Selected this province that new map dated earthquake in 2018-Turkey Earthquake Hazard Map (TDTH) in terms of location information according to locations in specific provinces short- and long-period values on both regulations also different in design spectra is made static calculations with the help idecad on the model. According to the calculations made, displacement, relative floor displacements, floor cutting forces are shown in graphics. In the first part, information about earthquake regulations and earthquake maps, which have been changed in our country from past to present, has been given and literature studies have been made on the subject. In the second part; Given information about the designed housing model, according to the 2007 and 2018 earthquake regulations, earthquake analysis according to two different flooring systems; Made with the help of ideCAD program. In the third part, with the analysis results; displacement, relative floor shifting and floor shear forces were found separately for both regulations and were plotted. In the last section, which is the fourth section, the conclusions and suggestions of this study are given.
