2011 sonrası libya'da rejim ve devletin yeniden inşa edilmesi sürecinde siyasi partilerin önemi ve rolü

Empirical studies of political issues in Libya have been very rare, due to several circumstances relevant to political regimes and the social environment. This study is survey research carried out in 2018 and 2019 among 300 Libyans throughout Libya. It investigates the content of their political culture through the attitude towards political parties and their role, significance in rebuilding the state and the regime in Libya after 2011. The study has combined quantitative and qualitative research methods. The quantitative method chosen was a questionnaire that covers 300 respondents through a purposive sample. The results were subjected to statistical analysis using the SPSS application to show that the statistical indicators indicate that Libyans do not rely on political parties to play an important role in the future building of Libya. Also, the findings showed that Libyans political culture appears to be of a shaky and unstable type and that Libyans attribute the state of political chaos in their country to the conflict between political parties and groups as fed by external interventions. The quantitative approach results proved the hypothesis that has been put forward. The qualitative method was used for defining the other parts of the study that related to the theoretical roots of the relevant concepts, as well as tracking the position of political parties across the modern history of Libya.
