Abstract (EN)

The age we live in is an age where knowledge is important. Individuals who realize that knowledge is important understand the value of having skills such as being able to think creatively, being open to change, adapting to the times, solving problems and thinking critically. Since the age we live in is called the 21st century, these skills are called 21st century skills. Individuals need to know and have these skills in order to be effective in the developing time. Curriculum has an important place in raising individuals with these skills. One of these teaching programs is the science course curriculum. Inthisstudy, it is aimedtoexaminethe 2018 Science Curriculum in terms of 21st century skills. The data of thisstudy, in which documentanalysis, one of the qualitativere search methods, wasused, consists of the objectivesat at the level of the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, sevent hand eighth grades. In order toachievethesegains, the MEB 2018 Science Curriculum wasused. The themes of there searc hare 21st century skills (learning and innovation, life and profession, information, media and technology literacy) offeredby P21 (Partnershipfor 21st Century Learning, 2019). There sults of the study showed that 21st century skills were in cluded in the 2018 Science Curriculum objectives. When there sults of the study were examined in more detail, it was seen that the communi cation skill was found more in the objectives and this skill was followed by thein for mationliteracy skill. Other 21st century skills; critical thinking, social andinterculturalskills, productivity, creativity, information and communication Technologies literacy, problem solving, entrepreneur ship and self-management, leader ship and responsibility, cooperation and flexibility and adaptation skills are in cluded in the 2018 Science Course Curriculum, media literacy skills are not in cluded in any of the acquisitions. Concluded that it did not. The findings were compared with the literature and recommend ations were made.
