Abstract (EN)
This thesis study was carried out in order to determine the applicability of the 2023 Education Vision in institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education from the perspective of education administrators and teachers. In our study, it consists of school administrators and teachers in Kahramanmaraş. In the research, sampling was taken from the universe. The sample of the study, on the other hand, consists of 403 participants who were taken randomly from the study population. 361 of these participants are Teachers and 42 of them are Administrators. The attitudes and opinions of school administrators and teachers regarding the 2023 education vision were used to collect the research data. The positive and negative aspects of the system were investigated in the context of the 2023 Education Vision. As a result of the analysis made, it was determined that teachers and administrators were mostly aware of the objectives of the 2023 Education Vision Document but were not invited to any meeting before the document was announced. In addition, there is generally no significant relationship between teachers' demographic variables and their 2023 Education Vision Views. As a result of the data obtained as a result of the research, suggestions were made. Keywords: Education, 2023 Education Vision, Vision, MEB.
