Abstract (EN)
Globalization phenomen which makes its mark at 21st century, added new stressors to sources of stress especially in developing countries business and social life with new conditions. In our study, we tried to determine the blue-collar employees extention in developing countries, the social and cultural environment of rapid change and capital, information technology, due to the fluidity between the countries affected by the new stressors. Also classical sources of stress and stress individual and organizational implications that have occurred throughout the history of industrial work are discussed as well. In our study, industrial private sector has been selected as the universe of research and blue-collar employees in the organization have been selected as a sample. A questionnaire was used as a method of data collection. The survey questions organized according to 5-point Likert-type scale. As a result, the global-scale unemployment, the changes of labor law at the national level and potential of the lack of job security, the general perception of value judgments change and retirement utopia was seen as the most important stressors.
