Abstract (EN)

The overwheling majority of new developments in thr communications engineering field employ digital methods. Digital signal processing, digital multiplexing, digital switching and transmission techniques have a great of importance in nowadays. These techniques will have continually increasing applications in modern communications systems. The subjects in chapters 1 through 3 are devoted for digital communication, modulation and demodulation techniques of the digital radiolink. Same basic terms for digital radio relay systems are given in the first chapter. In the fourth chapter, baseband transmission techniques are introduced. The principles and performance characteristics of baseband transmission techniques that are freqenttly employed. Before dealing with bandwidth-efficient modulation techniques, the principles of the simplest baseband signal processing and modulation methods are mentioned. Also error rate performance for the various digital signalling techniques and the channel bandwidth requirements of the corresponding signals are examined. The last chapter includes explanation of the realized system.
