Abstract (EN)
In this study, two kinds of BODIPY, 3,5-diethylpyrolle and 3,5,-dimethylpyrolle, were synthesied and their photophysical and electrochemical properties were investigated. Ethylpyrolle and methylpyrolle were synthesied by starting with methyl-2-pyrolle ketone and ethyl-2-pyrolle ketone, cheap and easy available materials. The synthesied ethyl and methylpyrolle were used as intermediatte to synthezie symetrical BODIPIES. Symetrical BODIPIES were syntesied by treating with pyrolles and some carbonil compounds, such as acid chloride, anyhdrate aand aldehyde. In the first step to obtain BODIPY, dipyromethene was obtained by threating with pyrolle cycles and correspondant alkyl chloride (brombenzoyl chloride, methoxybenzoyl chloride, benzoyl chloride). In the next step, dipyromethene and bortrifluoriddiethyletherat, were treated in bazic condition, then BODIPY was obtained by complexation of this treatment. The structures of obtained BODIPY compounds were determined by spectroscpic methods and their photophysical and electrochemical properties determined. 4,4-Diflor-4-bor-3a,4a-diaza-s-indacene. Known as BODİPY or bordipyromethane is a unique compound due to it is high fluorescence property and its usage in many areas.
