Abstract (EN)

It's only possible to reach correctly to the target audienceand get the result at the vote boxes by the help of sound politicalcommunicationin the political arena where there is a great competition, during the election period when there are many candidates and persuading voters is becoming more and more difficult in each passing day. The use of new communication toolshas been widespread as a result of the development of technology and in parallel to this mass media had a significant place in the political life. The increase in competition at the policy making environment has been spreading widely the use of the mass media in this area. The competitive environment, which is also supported by the increasing number of candidates revealed the opportunity to make a difference in the competitionby the effective use of mass media. It is possible to observe clearly the result of creating a positive effect in communityby the use of these mechanisms in the election process. In this study, how the efficiency of political communication in the mass media increases over time and the differences created by the use of the systems effectivelyhave been conducted. It also investigated how the majority of the support of the audience can be gained by theuse of mass media and the correct management of vehiclesand theimpact of that on the election results have been determined. In this context, a survey has been applied to the representatives of selected four major political parties who have role in political communication and propaganda of the parties and the accessed data are evaluated.
