Recently, the development of technology and the increase in needs have affected the manufacturing methods. With the developing technology, it is necessary to increase the quality of the materials and to produce and repair the most suitable material in the shortest time. Laser cladding method also serves for coating different steels and reaching more accurate material according to the needs. In this study, the coating ability of ALLOY 718 steel on the substrate surface was investigated. For this; AISI 304 steel in plate form was chosen as substrate, industrial laser coating process was carried out using a robot arm. ALLOY 718 steel in powder form was used in the coating process. Polarization curve was determined by corrosion test of ALLOY 718 coated on AISI 304 plate with industrial laser cladding method. In addition, crystallographic analysis of ALLOY 718 steel was performed by performing XRD analysis. With this process, it is aimed to increase the corrosion resistance of AISI 304 steel, which is widely used. As a result of the study, it has been revealed that AISI 304 steel can be coated with powdered ALLOY 718 steel by laser coating method and its corrosion resistance is increased.
