Abstract (EN)

The study is designed to investigate the feasibility of 360-degree performance evaluation system on the automation of the e-performance evaluation. First performance assessment and a literature review on the concept of 360 degree performance evaluation, the first two parts of the study are included in this research. The reason why is because of work performance evaluation to take place in a valuation of the 360-degree performance evaluation. As a result of this research determined the basic criteria which must be made in 360-degree performance evaluation system and to implement them in an industry survey by selecting two criteria. SPSS was used in the analysis of the survey, T-test and ANOVA test. In the study, 360 degree performance evaluation system of performance evaluation in terms of e-purpose implementation of automation is not a loss, it was concluded that the confidentiality and reliability is achieved. Also significant differences with features such as position and seniority of the employees of this system have been identified. In order to get the views of the employee survey were found to be made as a result of deficiencies in systems and solutions for as it was presented.
