Abstract (EN)

One of the main reasons for the environmental problems experienced in the world and the increase in energy consumption is the high energy consumption in the building. These external lines are very important sources of energy consumption. Without neglecting the comfort and comfort conditions, the energy consumption should be at a minimum in order to achieve social survival, high efficiency and performance. Operations and rapid urbanization studies in Turkey, energy efficient design of enterprises are not taken into account. Concrete buildings manufactured with 3D printers are becoming widespread all over the world. These methods, which are generally employed in single-storey housing projects, have met with a few examples in Turkey. Wall prices used in concrete structures manufactured with a 3D printer are an important parameter in energy consumption. In this thesis, a type of concrete residential building to be manufactured with a 3D printer was designed in Turkey, and the change in energy consumption according to different climatic zones and different wall types in Turkey was analyzed with the Design Builder program and the results were presented comparatively. Within the scope of the study, the model of a housing project, which was first manufactured with the 3D printer method, was modeled with REVIT 2022, BIM Modeling systems. Then, the reference cities (Konya, Erzurum, Istanbul, İzmir, Gaziantep) selected from 5 different climatic regions of Turkey were taken into consideration and the building model was transferred to the Design Builder simulation program, which is the interface of the Energyplus dynamic thermal simulation engine from one of the energy simulation programs, and applied to different climatic zones. Energy simulations have been made. In the study, while modeling the buildings, 6 different wall types (C1-200 mm-C6-200 mm) thermal experiments were made in the literature. As a result of the analysis, the heating and cooling energies required for the buildings were calculated. Considering the efficient use of energy, the C6-200 mm wall model with a thermal transmittance value of 0.34 W/ m²K to be manufactured with 3D printer technology in the Istanbul region, which has the lowest instantaneous heating energy load for the building to reach the comfort temperature, among the referenced provinces. It has been determined as a result of the analyzes that it is the building to be constructed with the wall type with It has been determined as a result of the analyzes that the building will be constructed with the C5- 200 mm wall model with a thermal transmittance value of 0.72 W/ m²K, which will be manufactured with 3D printer technology in Erzurum with the lowest instantaneous cooling energy load required for the building to reach the comfort temperature. . With this study, which is the first for 3D buildings in the literature, the most suitable wall type has been determined in order to minimize the current energy consumption of the building according to the climate types. In the study, the calculation results obtained through the energy simulation program were analyzed and suggestions were presented for future studies based on the energy efficient approach.
