Abstract (EN)
In order to calculate the energy efficiency of buildings, data such as solar radiation, outside air temperature, external relative humidity and soil temperature are needed. Calculations to find the required amount of heating and cooling energy are made based on meteorological data at the building's location. It is extremely important to determine the level of heating and cooling energy in concrete houses produced with 3D printer technology. Although the field and field studies on this subject in Turkey are still at the initial level, the fact that the number of concrete houses produced with 3D printers in the world is increasing day by day shows that this subject will be an important research area in the construction sector in the coming years. Based on this motivation, in this thesis study, considering climate data, which is effective in a significant part of Turkey's lands, heating and cooling energies were calculated depending on the comfort temperatures of the concrete buildings produced with a 3D printer. In this context, the roof type of the houses with identical floor areas (flat roof, gable roof 1 without living area, gable roof 2 with living area defined), window / wall areas (20%, 30%, 40%) and selected wall characteristics (organic binder and 27 different models were created depending on the powdered silica sand mix (mixture 3). With the Design Builder program on the models, the heating and cooling energy needed to reach the comfort temperature required for the building was calculated by looking at the thermal comfort of the building and the distribution of this comfort according to the indoor environment. The results were transferred to the Excel table and the required heating and cooling energy amounts were compared with the graphics. As a result of the analyzes, it was determined that the most suitable building to be produced with 3D printer technology in Konya, when compared in terms of heating energy, the window / wall ratio is 20%, the walls are mixed with mix 3 concrete and the roof is a gable roof 2 with a living area defined; When the temperature of the building is compared in terms of the cooling service required for the room, it has been determined that the window / wall ratio is 20%, the walls are mixed with Mix 2 concrete and the roof is the living area defined gable roof 2 type. It is also presented in design solutions for residences to be manufactured with 3D concrete in the working.
