Quinoline is aromatic heterocyclic organic compounds that is characterized by a double-ring structure, which is formed with benzene and pyridine rings, these rings are fused at two adjacent carbon atoms. The benzene ring consists of six carbon atoms, while the pyridine ring contains five carbon atoms and a nitrogen atom. The simplest member of the quinoline family is quinoline itself, a compound with molecular structure C9H7N, Quinoline and its derivatives have always attracted both synthetic and biological chemist because of its diverse chemical and pharmacological properties. In this study physical characterization of 4-amino-5,7-dichloro-2-methyl quinoline (4A57D2MQ) and 4-amino-5,8-dichloro-2-methyl quinoline (4A58D2MQ) molecules are performed by using Gaussian09 Package programme. With Gaussian09 Package programme we will determine the spectroscopic and electronics examination of given molecules, UV analysis, IR and RAMAN spectrums of given molecules, highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO), lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) and molecular electrostatic potential (MEP). Values that we obtained theoretically from Gaussian09 programme are compared with the literature.
