Abstract (EN)

The importance of space sciences, seen as the last link of human development in our world is revealed by scientists. The largest share in the development and learning of these sciences is in the educational sciences. As a result of quality education of individuals, human beings are progressing and developing day by day. In this study, pre-school education was the first step of the development of individuals in the field of 'space sciences'. In this study, the teaching situations of the concept of moon, which is one of the basic concepts of astronomy science in 48-60 months old children who are taking pre-school education, were examined with the help of activities. As a research method, one of the qualitative research approaches, single-subject experimental design was used. Within the scope of this study, the fact that individuals have not yet gained the ability to read and write has posed a problem in determining the data collection tool. For this reason, it is thought that if children learn the information and if they learn, learning situations can only be achieved by verbal communication or by the pictures that children can reflect themselves. Therefore, the students were asked questions about the effectiveness of the data after the activities in order to ensure the validity of the data to be obtained and the children were asked to picture what they learned in the activity. The drawings drawn by children were scored by the rubrics produced by the researcher.
