Analyzing text of the 5th grade the life of the prophet coursebook in accordance with teachers' views

This study aims to evaluate the 5th grade the Prophet's life coursebook on the axis of teacher views. In this context, 100 Religious Culture and Ethics teacher of the 5th Grade elective Prophet's Life course. The sample was selected from the secondary school / Imam Hatip secondary schools in five districts of Istanbul, namely Avcılar, Büyükçekmece, Kartal, Pendik and Sancaktepe. As a result of the questionnaire applied, it was tried to put forward the investigation and evaluations related to the textbook of 5th grade Prophet's life. In this study, which is based on a screening model, a questionnaire was used to collect data. The study consists of four parts; In the first part, the conceptual framework of the study, in the second part the methodology, in the third part the findings and comments, in the fourth part the results and suggestions are handled. In the research, 5th grade Prophet's Life textbook was evaluated by the teacher's opinions in terms of suitability of the curriculum, content, language-expression, visual design and regulation, measurement-evaluation. According to the results of the study, teachers found the book positive and sufficient in general terms. Preparing the coursebook by the curriculum, reflecting the model of Hz. Muhammad in the context and suiting content of the book language-expression for the age level of students are among the results of the research. It is seen that there are deficiencies in some aspects of the book and the most important of these deficiencies are the lack of visual elements, activities, measurement and evaluation questions.
