Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of transfer expenses on the income distribution in Turkey after the law of Public finance control. With this purpose, in the first part of the study, the development and evolution process of transfer expenses in Turkey is revealed in detail. The annual development of transfer expenses in Turkey and the position of Turkey in transfer expenses in comparison with selected countries are also clarified in this study. Additionally, the income distribution of transfer expenses in Turkey and its impact on economical growth and development, budget deficit inflation and employment rate are elaborately explained in this study. Besides, the issues of income distribution and the tools to measure inequalities of income distribution are deciphered. According to the result of this study, the rate of capital transfer in Turkey is rather low, and owing to the fact that Turkey had huge amount of debt before 2006, the repayment of debts is too high. When compared to previous years although the interest rates of debts is higher than previous years, it has a significant role in the expenses of transfer in Turkey.
