The crime of plunder of bill which is regulated in paragraph 2 of article 148 of Turkish criminal code numbered 5237

In this thesis, the crime of plunder of bill which is regulated in paragraph 2 of article 148 of the Turkish Criminal Code Numbered 5237 has been examined. This thesis consists of three main parts. In the first part, the crimes against property, the concept of property, the differences between the legal arrangements of the Turkish Criminal Code Numbered 5237 and Turkish Criminal Code Numbered 765 (defunct) in terms of the crime of plunder of bill, the comparison of the crime of plunder of bill with similar crimes have been examined. In the second part of the thesis, legal value protected by crime, the elements of crime and qualified cases of crime, are explained by taking into account the Supreme Court's decisions and the doctrine. In the last part of the thesis, culpability, the special aspects of the crime of plunder of bill, the procedure of prosecution and sanction are discussed.
