Cheque Law numbered 5941 and 6102 no Trade Law for the protection of the working cheque holders

Firstly, I need to specify that Law No 5941 is a new law from beginning to end. It is not a law which changes some section of the early Law No 3167. All the same; the determination (Det. ½) which is in the Law No 3167 ` General determinations are applied if there is a no determination in this law? is also protected in new law. Moreover; (Det. ½ ); in issues which aren?t ordered obviously in cheque law, the determinations related to cheques laws of Turkish Business Law will be kept applying. (Det. 780- 823).This study is for this purpose. The new law has been tried to evaluated the problems of cheque holders and obviously things to do were mentioned. Among the purposes of law, different from old law, it takes place ` To make a contribution for caution of registered economy in order to keep down `. New arregements to perform this purposes in Cheque Law No 5941 were done. These arregements not only give addition responsibilities to banks and employees of banks but laso predict penal sanction for note maker and cheque holders.
